Supernormal, the AI agent that turns your meetings into a customer product
A creator of professional documents based on your corporate data
Supernormal is an AI agent that takes notes while you have business meetings. Then, based on its notes, it gets to work writing emails, updating your slack and producing office documents such as presentations and other types of documents.
There's a version for the computer (mac) and another for the web. On the latter version, you need to use Norma, the Google Meet extension for Chrome, to capture your meeting data.
Beyond what Supernormal can do after a meeting, you can also simply ask it to show a presentation, write an email, create an image or any other professional document.
Committed to improving your meetings since 2020
Supernormal was founded in 2020 by Colin Treseler and Fabian Perez. Right from the start, the two friends wanted to help their users prepare their meetings better. Thus, the first version of Supernormal offered tools for preparing a meeting, but also for taking notes.
The latest version, launched in February 2026, incorporates an AI agent that takes notes during your meetings and takes action to improve customer satisfaction.
AI agent designed for B2B agencies
Supernormal is clearly positioned as an AI tool for agencies. Unlike its competitors, it does not seek to conquer the B2C market. Clearly, if you're a marketing agency, SEO, or in any other field, you have customers with whom you hold online meetings, Supernormal proposes to assist you in accomplishing the tasks requested by your customers.
Indeed, once you've browsed the tool, you'll quickly realize that its tools and integrations are 90% what a professional might need. Of course, a micro-business can also use it.
An AI-powered powerhouse for office tools
Image generation, email writing and other office tasks
Supernormal automates office tasks. You can ask it to :
- Produce a presentation to pitch a new project
- Generate a spreadsheet representing your interactions with a customer
- Design a roadmap based on meeting data
- Create an image representing a customer's idea
- Write an email
Regular updates rich in new features
The field of intelligence is evolving rapidly. What makes Supernormal special is its ability to rapidly integrate new features. In fact, you'll find that features are updated very frequently.
The developers also strive to update their integrations quite often. So, every week, there's another high-quality integration. Radiant, for example, has just made its debut.
No application creation tool
I found it regrettable that Supernormal could not be used to create and test applications without writing code. This is a basic requirement for a tool aimed at professional agencies. But there's still hope, as the platform is frequently being improved. The team is currently working on adding the most sought-after features on the market.
An agency should be able to create and test a mobile or web application for a client using Supernormal. It would be even more interesting if the AI agent could propose a mock-up based on the notes taken during the meeting with the client.
Integration with cloud-based office tools
Currently, you can add several platforms to Supernormal. These include :
- Clickup
- Hubspot
- Linear
- Salesforce
- Pipedrive
- Workable
- Zapier
- Asana
- Slack Zoom
Google Calendar will be the first integration offered by the platform.
Any agency with clients
Ideal for agencies looking to get more out of their meetings
From what we read on the site, Supernormal is an ideal platform for teams in agencies, HR, sales and marketing professionals, product and project managers. Anyone who wants to turn a meeting into a customer product should give it a chance.
In my tests, it came in handy when you've got lots of meetings and several customer products to put together. It's the ideal companion for a product manager worried about forgetting orders or missing details.
Ideal situations: The perfect meeting companion
The ideal situation for using Supernormal is one in which you need to record information about a meeting and then act on it quickly. The whole philosophy of the platform revolves around this function: capturing important data during the meeting and then turning it into a presentable product for the customer.
If you do a lot of meetings, you've no doubt already forgotten important details communicated by a customer. With Supernormal, this wouldn't happen easily, as the AI would record the important information and suggest actions for you to take.
Not recommended for those just looking for an office AI tool
Supernormal does office work. However, if you're simply looking for an AI to produce presentations and spreadsheets, this one won't serve you. What you need to do in this case is work with AIs specialized for these tasks.
A tool for professionals
Quick to get to grips with basic functions
Yes, Supernormal is pretty easy to get to grips with. In just a few minutes, I was able to sign up with my Google account. I was then able to generate a professional presentation on electric cars for a client.
That said, for more advanced use, you'll need to take your time to get to know the tool. It integrates with dozens of other platforms to unleash its full potential. You need to learn how to do this. What's more, Supernormal works via a Google Chrome extension or a dedicated application on Mac and Windows (coming soon). You need to learn how to install them to use its AI agent.
Streamlined, simplistic design
When you arrive at your personal space, you'll feel as if you're using ChatGPT or another mass-market chatbot. Supernormal's interface is uncluttered and simple to understand on first contact. There's a left-hand side panel where you'll find your meetings, current tasks and projects. It only takes a few minutes to understand what the buttons and menus are for.
Detailed tutorials and live chat: all the help you need
The first help you'll get on the platform is a detailed help page. It's organized according to whether you're using Supernormal on the web or on a desktop application.
Its blog is also useful for professionals who want to learn more about using AI to better satisfy their customers. Topics include improving your AI workspace.
Available in English only
Supernormal's AI agent understands 63 languages. So you can use the tool when you're on the phone with French-speaking customers, English-speaking customers and so on. However, the platform itself is only available in English. Fortunately, it works well on Android and iOS phones. It's also easy to use on an Android tablet or iPad. All integrations work well on mobile devices.
Do I have to pay to use Supernormal?
A very limited free version
The free version of Supernormal is barely adequate for basic testing. To really make something of it, you need to pay for the Pro or Business version. The latter two subscriptions are paid for on a monthly or annual basis. Unfortunately, the formulas are so complex that it's hard to say which is best.
From $0 to $29 monthly
You can use Supernormal for free. You'll be entitled to an unlimited number of meeting summaries per month, but with storage of only 1,000 minutes per user.
The Pro plan at $18 monthly ($10 if paid over 12 months) gives you unlimited storage, newer GPT templates, integrations with all available platforms and, above all, a decent level of task automation.
The most expensive formula, the Business plan, is worth $29 monthly ($19 if paid over 12 months). It offers you the whole Pro plan, plus AI agent customizations and VIP customer service.
Premium integrations
Having used many AI productivity agents, I have to say that they all integrate an impressive number of external tools. I was therefore impressed to see that Supernormal has chosen to take great care with its integrations. It seems that the platform's developers have chosen to integrate with premium tools only: for example, you can link your Salesforce account, Google Calendar, Hubspot and a few other quality platforms.
This choice gives the platform a premium, efficient feel. It remains effective and useful.
Handling to be improved and tools to be added.
Supernormal hides certain elements that should be highlighted on the interface. This is the case, for example, with the button for changing plans. After registration, it's not immediately visible. In my experience with this platform, it has these kinds of small design flaws that urgently need to be changed.
I also regretted the lack of no-code tools for quickly creating and testing a mobile application. This feature is available in the vast majority of Supernormal's competitors.
Agencies finally have a tool to play with
Anyone who regularly conducts meetings should give this AI a try. If you have an agency or clients and need to present deliverables quickly after a meeting, then you should give Supernormal a try. I highly recommend using the free version first before considering paying.
